Painting is my passion!  Being able to express my heart and soul on canvas is a gift I thank God for every day.  Whether painting on location in our beautiful state of Colorado, or from a favorite photograph, or a still life in my studio, I consider it a privilege to be an interpreter of God's creation as I see it.  My subject matter is quite varied because I see beauty in many different things.  We need to look for the beauty in this world!  A sense of peace is probably the main characteristic of my work and I hope you can also feel peace as you enjoy my paintings. 

I have three new plein-air studies in my landscape portfolio that I painted this July on Mackinac Island Michigan, one of which is featured below.  I also have a new landscape titled "Resurrection" that is actually a scene from a Scottish garden but with an appropriate title!
